I get a lot of questions about this, so if anyone is still wondering, the nanotattoo on Greta's wrist is a shooting star inside an anti child abuse ribbon. Child abuse is pretty much almost nonexistent 2075 (perhaps because of the criminal penalties it carries) but still happens sometimes, and her grandmother is a child abuse survivor.
Also, Spencer is referring to his stature when he says he's a "little guy" because he's not exactly proportionate...though he'd never brag about that.
